How can I prevent my hair from getting TOO wet on the rides at Universal Studios tommorow???
Ok, I'm kinda picky about my hair, cause I make it nice and straight, so that I can have nice pictures at Universal. But, I dont want my hair to get wet after going on the Jurassic Park ride. I won't die if I get alittle sprinkled on, but I dont want to get drenched in any way.
I know the obvious solution would be to wear a hat, but I'm not a hat person. And Im not taking a jacket with a hood either, because its gonna be hot.
I just thought you might think of something, I can't. It doesn't hurt to ask, right?!
Thanks! :o)How can I prevent my hair from getting TOO wet on the rides at Universal Studios tommorow???
i'm the same way.
sit in the front of the jurassic park ride, the front of the car hits the water first, causing the wave to go to the back so the people sitting closer to the back will get the most water.
it works for me. you'll still get wet, but not soaked. How can I prevent my hair from getting TOO wet on the rides at Universal Studios tommorow???
well for one if you don't get wet every ones going to ask what did you do when you went there . and you will have to say nothing i didn't want to get my hair wet ,,,lol , i would prefer going out and getting a granny rain hat
Shave your head and then put it back on when the ride is over.
Stay away from water rides. 2 pts. please.
Wear the shower cap!! Or better just shave your hair off and not worry about getting your hair wet!! Ta-Ta!
1. Don't go on the water rides.
2. Wear a shower cap.
No one but you gives a crap what your hair looks like anyway.
take your pictures and then have a blast and get wet, its only hair!!!! its not like its a life or death situation
or just walk around like some loser and not go on any rides.
getting wet is part of the fun!
well i dont know why you would do your hair when u know your going to a theme park. Trust me your hair will get wet on the rides. Or dont go on them at all. Unless you wanna wear a shower cap
dont go on the ride
You don't really get soaked, but sit as close to the middle of the back as possible. But, specifically the middle.
You could bring or buy a rain poncho. The hats are loose and you can wear it on the rides only!

Do Hair Advance studios really cure hair loss?
or is it all a load of rubbish?Do Hair Advance studios really cure hair loss?
no! actually they dont cure hair loss!
anyway as we know - hair loss can be caused by many different reasons! There are many causes of loss of hair such as stress, poor nutrition ,medications, thyroid dysfunctions, illness, fungal infections ,hormonal problems, to mention a few.
year ago my husband suffered very much from dandruff and hair loss too and he started trying everything you can imagine to stop his hair loss. the things that really worked for him was:
1) Vitamin A - an anti-oxidant which promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp;
2) Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping hair follicles productive. The 'B' vitamins contribute to melanin, which gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation;
3) massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage;
4) Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, Onion Juice or Ginger Juice (you can either of one out of three, Do not mix any of two or three);
5) also he used herbal treatment - TrichoZed and Provilluss (do not use Rogaine - it will not work!)
Those are a good products that helps prevent hair loss and contains Biotin and the clinically tested ingredients approved by the FDA to help re-grow your hair.! I think it is very important!
It worked and still works for him!
I do not know if any pharmacies carry TrichoZed and Provillus but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more about the product here

(TrichoZed鈩?will produce noticeable hair growth in 30 to 45 days. A consistent use of TrichoZed鈩?ensures permanent results within 6 months. Further use shall maintain optimal health of your hair.)

Frankly I don't believe it...I have a friend who suffers from alapecia has tried everything from injections in her scalp to getting lotions put on her scalp...she asked the same question u are asking and was told there is no cure it is a matter of her immune system not attacking the hair follicles...I hope this helps

If you just have a make up certifacte will it be hard to work in the studios because you don't do hair aslo?
Im going to a make up school to become a make up artist. I was hopeing to work in the studios asap but I've looked up that hairstyling is need to be in that feild aslo. I wanted to learn hair at the school that I am going to but I can't afford it at this second. Any suggestions to getting into work at studios w/o knowing hairstyling? If you just have a make up certifacte will it be hard to work in the studios because you don't do hair aslo?
Makeup and hair are two separate people unless you are with a VERY small studio. Even for weddings, two people are hired. If you just have a make up certifacte will it be hard to work in the studios because you don't do hair aslo?
You can always try freelancing to different studios or people. I just got my certificate not long ago and that's my plan. That way you're not committed to one place where you may or may not find a lot of work. You could also try a counter like MAC or a Sephora store

If you don't blowdry your hair after using Loreal Paris Studio Hot Straight, will it still work?
In attempts to help make my wavy hair not turn wavy in the humid weather, I decided to buy Loreal Paris Studio Hot Straight straightening creme.
On the back, here are the instructions:
1) Rub a small amount of product in your hands. Spread through towel-dried hair to the ends, avoiding the roots.
2) Comb through with your fingers, evenly distributing the product. For long hair, repeat application.
3) COMPLETELY DRY YOUR HAIR USING A HAIRDRYER
4) Finish with straightening irons or a round brush.

Basically, I was wondering if I just let my hair air-dry as opposed to blow drying it, will it still have the same effect? If you don't blowdry your hair after using Loreal Paris Studio Hot Straight, will it still work?
No. The product is heat-activated, so it won't give you the full effect if you don't have the right amount of heat.If you don't blowdry your hair after using Loreal Paris Studio Hot Straight, will it still work?
It will, but wont look AS straight
probably not... that helps keep it straight not make it straight
It depends. If you let it air dry, brush it, then straighten it, it should still work but it will feel sticky and blahh.
If you just let it air dry and don't straighten it, no it won't work at all and your hair will be gross feeling.
Try it one time when you ar ejust staying home or something and see if it works. That's the only way you'll ever know!

Hi i have this MAD HAIR DAY and wanted to know if anybody could help me i have gel and studio wax no hairpaint?
well u could make spike sticking out in random directions or spike it and color it with a sharpie. it works and it isnt permanentHi i have this MAD HAIR DAY and wanted to know if anybody could help me i have gel and studio wax no hairpaint?
Sounds fun! Ok, so wet your hair enough to dampen it all over..then lightly towel dry to catch the drips. Part your hair straight down the middle from front to nape...the put the hair gel all over one side..about a palm full. Use some toilet paper rolls, and section off small areas of the hair. roll onto a toilet paper roll...or even a frozen juice container..use the blow dryer and blow on low heat..this will set it. On the other side use the hair wax on parted off pieces. Take small sections of hair and twist them then blow dry lightly on warm..not to hot it will not set...ok, there you have it. The hair should keep it's shape! Enjoy!

The Halo books say Masterchief is a 6'6 caucasian male with brown hair but Bungie Studios say he's a taller?
man of African decent. Who is correct? In the game, Masterchief's voice sounds very much NOT like a caucasian person. He sounds almost like somebody from the Dominican Republic or Jamaica etc..The Halo books say Masterchief is a 6'6 caucasian male with brown hair but Bungie Studios say he's a taller?
Masterchief sounds more like he's from Canada
The Halo books say Masterchief is a 6'6 caucasian male with brown hair but Bungie Studios say he's a taller?
Just because he is of african decent, does not mean he cant be caucasian in colour, a lot of south africans are white, with a strong south african accent, and the 6'6 may be his true height while bungie are stating his height while insie the mjoliner armour!
Hope this clears anything up!
He is not Jamaican....mon. He's almost 7 feet but the suit adds on to his height a few inches. He has a gap in his front teeth. Lots of freckles. And other details.

What is the best replacement for Loreal Studio Line ';Grab'; hair gel?
I used to use a hair gel by Loreal Studio Line called ';Grab'; gel, but Loreal discontinued it recently and I am about to run out of my last bottle.
It is the best hairgel in the world for my hair. I am running a serious risk of looking like a hair disaster for the rest of my life if I do not find a good replacement. Does anyone have a suggestion? Please only reply if you have used Grab, as I am looking for something similar. What is the best replacement for Loreal Studio Line ';Grab'; hair gel?

Grab was definitely the best hair gel! I have curly hair and have been on a mission to find a replacement. I have chosen Garnier Fructis Style / Fiber Gum Putty as the best substitute in a similar price range as Grab. It works almost as well.

Which hair products are better Garnier or L'Or茅al Studio Line?
Products like Gel, Cream or Mousse. BTW, I'm a guy. Do you recommend any other brands better than Garnier or L'Or茅al Studio Line? Thanks!Which hair products are better Garnier or L'Or茅al Studio Line?
HI! I'm a ';20 year licensed practicing beautician/barber and I know salons are ALWAYS trying to sell you something. To be perfectly honest, I have used practically EVERY haircare product out there. My #1 choice STILL IS, (and always has been) Aveda products. Not only does Aveda contain the finest, natural, cleansing ingredients in the WORLD, it has PERFORMANCE. (meaning you WILL see results, soon.) Unfortunately, Aveda products are ONLY availalable at finer salons, and the prices are slightly higher, but, honey, THEY ARE WORTH IT!!!! Also, any Aveda representative will be happy to analyze your haircare needs, hence customizing your specialized haircare regime!!!!
I know U will LOVE it!!! Good Luck!!!!Which hair products are better Garnier or L'Or茅al Studio Line?
Loreal.
Garnier is owned by L'oreal, but Garnier is a bit cheaper. I use them both.
it depenmnds on what you want more. silky or volumizing. i've actually used both and garnier gives more shine whereas studio line volumizes more. i personally like garnier more.
I, as a girl, like Pantene Mousse to scrunch my hair. I guess it really depends on what you're trying to do. Garnier is good and so is L'Oreal...
Sorry!

Why have my dimension cross hairs disappeared in 3D Studio Max 9?
There are supposed to be cross hairs that light up yellow to show you which dimension(s) you are editing. Mine are gone...
In addition, there are some kind of black anomalies that appear in all view ports BUT the perspective one, any explanation?
I haven't had any of these problems working with these same exact files before....
Additional info:
file type: .3DS extension
ALSO this is for all files I try to edit, so it's not corrupted information. Why have my dimension cross hairs disappeared in 3D Studio Max 9?

I'm a Hair stylist, working out of a studio. I have my business lic.Do I need a tax ID number too?
I do have a little bit of products for resale,, hair spray ,etc.... i was told if it was under $400.00 .I would not have to report it. is this true? or do I need some other type of Lic.?I'm a Hair stylist, working out of a studio. I have my business lic.Do I need a tax ID number too?
With any sales like that you have to report them. If you were audited and they saw that you had products for sale that you didn't report you'd be in huge trouble. Best way to go about it would be just not reporting all of your sales if you really wanted to go around it. You should talk with your city about what licensing you need. If you are running the business in your name as a sole proprietor, you don't need a tax id, your SSN works for that.

Anyone tried this?: L'Oreal Studio Line Overworked, Hair Putty Syling Gel, Texture and Control?
Instead of straightening my hair I wanted to see if this would work. Has anyone tried it?Anyone tried this?: L'Oreal Studio Line Overworked, Hair Putty Syling Gel, Texture and Control?
it doesnt work like that, once you put this in then straighten your hair it would work, otherwise it just makes it stiff.

Put it in damp hair- when it's dry it will flake and when it's too wet it won't stay in as well.Do we hv to put gel in wet hair or damp hair or dry hair? i hv loreal studio hair gel in d form of spray? Help
when wet and then blowdry looks hotDo we hv to put gel in wet hair or damp hair or dry hair? i hv loreal studio hair gel in d form of spray? Help
You can put your gel on dry hair, but it won't tame your hair down as well as putting on wet. If you have a spray gel, it's just the same as normal pump/tube gel...just in a spray form. Just spritz it where you want it and style as desired.

I need to find a professional photo studio that does hair, make up,and wardrobe, but I don't know where to look?
I want to find a place that has sexy themes, and you can dress up like a sexy fire fighter or a sexy nurse and get a portfolio done. I really don't want to go to some guy that says he's a photographer, but thats all I keep finding when I look on-line. Where or what should I look under?I need to find a professional photo studio that does hair, make up,and wardrobe, but I don't know where to look?

I had my legs waxed at Studio 21 Hair in Birmingham, AL and they JIPPED me, what could I have done?
I went to get my legs waxed. On the phone they quoted me 70$. The girl took 1hr and 20mins to wax my legs! The wax kept balling up and she had to do the same places over and over! I have been waxed before and she blamed it on my fine blonde hair (though no one else has ever had that problem). So my legs are still so hairy but I am all too glad to leave (ie pain) so when I pay they say it is 140$ and the 70$ was PER LEG. I have called several salons in the area that give the price for BOTH LEGS and they laugh when I tell them a salon actually quoted me for one leg. I told the lady at the counter that I thought it was 70$ and she gave me a 15$ discount for the confusion AFTER getting attitude w/me. I left paying 125$ with still HAIRY legs that were raw and had wax bunched up on them (the girl said that must be my lotion even though I had none on). I was pissed then and I get pissed now every time I touch my hairy legs. What could/should I have done legally? Could they have MADE me pay?I had my legs waxed at Studio 21 Hair in Birmingham, AL and they JIPPED me, what could I have done?
I personally, wouldn't have paid. I go to a very high end spa and they don't even charge that much (and every place I know of quotes for BOTH legs, because really, unless your leg is in a cast, why would you only wax one leg?). You pay for services rendered, and if you aren't legitimately satisfied with the service, you have a right to not pay (what are they going to say, don't come back...obviously you arent going backif they did such a hack job). As for the wax ';balling up';, she obviously wasn't experienced or she would've known what to do, I've never had that happen to me, and they usually wipe me down with something to make sure nothing is on my skin that could affect the wax..sounds to me more like she didn't know what she was doing, or the wax wasn't heated properly (or both). With you fine blond hair, the waxing should've been a breeze (not an hour and a half). Horrible service provided, horrible customer service...I definitely would speak to manager (if it wasn't that long ago) and spread the word that the place is not the best to go to.I had my legs waxed at Studio 21 Hair in Birmingham, AL and they JIPPED me, what could I have done?
i have no idea but u should not have let them charge you that much money for doing pretty much nothing!
Why go pay a crap load to wax your legs? It is called a razor!!!!!!! Try SHAVING! DUHHH!
take pics of your leg, make ssure the camera says the date take her to a small claims court.
You should at least have been able to get the hair off. So you paid for some incompetent person who had no idea how to do it and ended up with nothing done right. Go back and tell them you want what you paid for, which is no hair. But at least you got wax balls hanging on your legs like Christmas tree ornaments, who knows, you may start a new trend.

Would you recommend A. Quinn Hair Studio in Cambridge, MA?
I am a thirteen year old girl with what you would call a ';scene'; haircut. My old hairdresser was great, but unfortunately recently left the business, and now I need to find a new salon.
I'll probably only need to get cuts and trims, as I dye it myself, so would you recommend A. Quinn Hair Stuido to me?
Also, if it helps, my hair was inspired by Al Asphyxiated (not the teasing, just the cut):

I have no idea what your talking about but that is such a good price for all of that that you'd have to be a fool to pass that offer.
When it comes to stylists, you ALWAYS get what you pay for!!! I charge somewhere in the 200 + dollar range for a treatment like that! Make sure the stylist thats offering this deal isn't straight out of hair school!!!

I've never been there, and from what I've found on the web, it doesn't seem to be very popular since I can't find that it even exists. You might want to try a different salon that's a bit more popular so you can maybe look at some reviews and know they've got some experience behind them. : )kiss lip gloss

I know that I've asked this a million times, but...?
Okay, so I've tried Torrid, Old Navy, Lane Bryant and a lot of other plus size stores for my teenage friend! She does NOT like all of them! She's trying to find clothes that are like from preppy places that aren't too expensive. She wears a size 17-18 and she can't fit in American Eagle jeans. Where should she go? Please supply a link! I've tried Google, EBay, shopping.com, Yahoo! and a lot of other places, but she doesn't like any of them. She's also punk, so it's even harder to mix punk w/ preppy. Got any ideas?I know that I've asked this a million times, but...?
http://www.plusxclothes.com/page2.html?O鈥?/a>
okay i looked all over the net and this place seems like it would be a place to hopefully help her there are tons of sites here all types of clothing for anyone i feel bad beacuse there arent many for plus size teens and there should be but tell her good luck i hope she finds somethings she likesI know that I've asked this a million times, but...?
Gee, you're a good friend to help her out like this, but it's really not easy for a teen, especially if she has a certain look in mind. Most regular department stores have clothes that go to 3X, so she should have no trouble finding her size. It just will take a LOT of looking if she is so particular with what she wants. It's unfortunate, especially for teen girls, but sometimes at that size you just have to ';settle'; (been there). Another alternative, depending on her ';shape'; is men's clothes. Working dude kind of clothes like Dickie's are really in style, and those big work shirts paired with a camisole under look kewl.
As for her punkish ways, hey, in the late 70s, we wore black garbage bags and chains to a Sid Vicious memorial party. It don't have to be high class or priced to be punk - just a lot of imagination and creativity.
Try Torrid online, they have everything from club to prep. Depending on where your shopping I know that the Torrid in Arcadia, CA carries more preppy clothes, but the one in Brea, CA carries more punk. I asked the sales lady why it was that way and she says it differs from store to store depending on the demand. Generally Torrid online has it all. Hope this helps, good luck. P.S. HOTTOPIC.COM has better links to plus punk clothes.
Hmmm.... there's not much out there in that size, my sister has a really hard time as well. She needs to mix and match from the stores you mentioned. I am surprised she isn't into Torrid since she is gothic/punk. It's all about creating your own style and it may take some hard work and alot of store hopping but she can do it. There are alot more options than there once were.
You could try places like Hot Topic.....they probably have some plus sized clothing and you would be suprised at how cute the dresses are!
The best place i can recomend would be hot hopics, Macys, or the fashion bug. You should also try going to some malls around ur town/city and check out the cloths their.
If she wears a size 17-18 she should be able to find clothes in basically all normal stores. Check out some malls - they always have unique stores for people with a special taste.
Maybe a Tent and Awning place could make her some colorful stuff.
wow uhm well this is gonna sounds mean but she needs to start liking those clothes cuz there really isnt any other ones

Is the Remington T studio 1'; tourmaline ceramic active ion hair straightener any good?
When it comes to flat ions always remember that ceramic and ionic are best. What is the highest temperature the Remington heats to? I have a CHI flat iron (1 inch) and I love it. I definetely recommend it. You can always ask around at beauty supply stores and with your hairdresser.

You are being vague in your question. However, good marketing is always good. Offer discounted prices specials on perms, hair cuts and color. You will get traffic in your salon with those. Don't forget great customer service--offer refreshments, it's hot. The biggest tip, don't overbook. I hate waiting long periods of time. Your customers are busy too. If you follow these suggestions, you'll build a clientell who will come back because they will feel special.Grand opening of hair studio...whats a good promotion to get people in?

Desire to open a studio hair salon- questions?
My ultimate goal and dream in my career as a stylist and makeup artist is to open up a studio salon. I have unique ideas and have had a business plan drawn up for two years, but keep adding to it as my ideas keep growing. There is no other studio salon like the one I have in mind around this area. I want to be the first to do this, but need to do some more homework first. I am a great stylist and makeup artist, but that doesn't mean I'd make a great business owner.
So these question not only apply to salon owners, but for small-business owners as well: What can I do to educate myself more on opening a business? What are the #1 things I need to know before I do this. How can I make sure that my studio salon will not fail?
Thanks in advance! Any help, suggestions or ideas would be appreciated greatly.Desire to open a studio hair salon- questions?
The FIRST thing you need to do, is to find a knowledgeable and competent accountant, that can give you good advice as to how to register your business. Have him/her explain the different advantages and pitfalls to each way to form your business, i.e. sole proprietorship, LLC, S-corp, etc. Talk to friends, relatives, and business associates that can lead you to a competent accountant, then check references, and complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Secondly, check your local community college and take a basic course in business management. There is also lots of free information on the internet about forming a small business and the steps needed to do so.
Thirdly, talk with your bank and see what your financial options are about financing your business. Once you get this information from them, go on the internet and check for competitve rates with other financial institutions.
Starting a business is a scary thing for a responsible person that wants to do things the right way. I know from personal experience :-). It sounds like you have put together a well thought out business plan, now all you need to do is muster up the courage to get out there and implement it. You will make mistakes along the way, there is no way around it, but you will gain knowledge from those mistakes. Your caution is a good thing in that it makes you remain responsible, but do not let it hold you back from realizing your dream. When you encounter something you don't know about, call someone that works in that field, they will be glad to direct you to the people who can help you.
You will continually add to your ideas for your business after it is started. Don't worry about getting them all implimented at once, do it a little at a time after you have started. Otherwise, you may never start and the ideas you have now may become obsolete before you get around to starting your business.
There are no guarantees in business as to if it will fail or not. Most of it depends on sound ideas put into action in sound ways. Offer a good service, in a good location, at a fair and competitve price, and market it effectively and have the mindset to make it successful, and it will happen. So..........
Dust off your plans and get out there and get started! Good Luck!Desire to open a studio hair salon- questions?
do it and best of luck to you

Research, research, research – this cannot be stressed enough. Read as much as you can about the industry. Here are some book titles that are relevant:

Hope that helps! I wish you much success %26amp; happiness in all your ventures!
I know you need to seek the advice of a CPA and review different banks for MBA loans. It sounds to me, from what you wrote that your sheer desire and creativity and determination will pull you through this. Sometimes when you want something so badly that it 'burns in your belly' you will be surprised at how much you already know. I applaud you for your decisiveness and burning desire to create not only 'beauty' and 'creativity' but to make your own dream come true. I know that you wished for more 'actual steps to take' , but I am not a professional and you need professional advice right now. I'm not sure there is ever a guarantee against failure or we would all be successful, but it is obvious you have the drive to succeed. I wish you the best of luck and admire your tenacity.
Starting a small business takes a lot of courage. But, as they say, courage does not pay the bills. To be successful – to stay in business – you need more than courage. You need a combination of hard work, skill, perseverance, and lots of luck.
Some things you need to consider:
- ';How can I support my family while I build up by business?';
- ';What are my abilities?';
- ';Is there a market for the product or service I have chosen?';
- ';How long will it take this business to reach the financial goal I have?';
You may want to read the article ';How to Start a New Business Successfully'; http://www.powerhomebiz.com/vol51/launch… , which lists six steps to launch a new business successfully:
1. Provide a benefit.
2. Determine the fit with your market.
3. Right timing is everything
4. Be ready to support your business
5. Develop a blueprint for success - business plan
6. Market, market, market
To give you ideas on what exactly do you need to start your own business, here are ten things you need to know before launching your own business “10 Things You Need to Know When Starting Your Own Home Business” http://www.powerhomebiz.com/052006/start… .
I recommend that you read the following general books on starting a small business:

If you've already got a business plan for the last 2 years YET you haven't started the business, you may want to consult with a small business guide. There are several places where you may be able to find a mentor:
- Government Mentoring Programs such as SBDCs, which works with community colleges and local business development councils to offer mentoring programs http://www.sba.gov/sbdc/sbdcnear.html ; or the Women's Network for Entrepreneurial Training http://www.sba.gov/womeninbusiness/wnet_…
- Volunteer programs such as SCORE http://www.score.org which is composed of mostly retired executives and entrepreneurs
- Formal mentoring programs such as Athena Foundation http://www.athenafoundation.org/programs… , Helzberg Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program http://www.helzbergmentoring.org/HEMP/ , or The Aspen Institute MicroMentor Program http://www.micromentor.org (these organizations charge minimal fee)
- Professional organizations such as the National Women’s Business Council http://www.nwbc.gov/Mentoring/programs.h…
Industry and trade associations
- Local business groups, such as the chamber of commerce
- Local chapters of business groups
Remember a business plan is only a guide. In fact, I've met many entrepreneurs in my line of work who eventually found their business plans USELESS because of too many simplistic (if not tototally false assumptions made). It may do you good if you enroll in an entrepreneurship course. SBA has a network of training and counselling services per state http://www.sba.gov/ed/ - you may want to contact their agency in your state and find out the free or low cost training programs they offer. They have courses such as Smart Start Entrepreneur 101 for $35
Or check the associations.
- Professional Beauty Association http://www.probeauty.org/ offers business training programs for hair salon owners.
- The Salon Association http://www.salons.org/learninglounge/ind… has a Learning Lounge educational tour that is designed specifically for salon owners.
Just do it baby, you can do it. I did. No one told me I couldn't so I did. I was working in a Mall salon , not good. So I found a little barber shop that was empty, I had taken barber classes with American Crew and some other Master Barbers after basic beauty school. I inquired around the town to see if the people would accept a female barber. Then I just got my supplies and equipment and I opened. I gave seniors a discount and I did cuts, styles, facials, perms and color, manicures and pedicures. I would not try to open on a grand scale right away. Let that be your goal. Start small and grow. It is a cut throat business, a lot of jealousy. It is hard to get good help that will be loyal , so be careful in this area. Keep your thoughts to yourself, don't trust your mind to your help. Don't allow gossip in your shop and don't talk religion or politics. Work hard keep focused
keep a good stock, anticipate what you need and get it. Always be ready for what comes through the door, everything will believe me. Use the best products. And the best cutting instruments, it makes a difference. I served people from all over the world
with all types of hair, good shears are a God send. Best of Luck
first of all, is there a demand for your ideas in your area?if so, try to get a small buissness loan or maybe a government grant.many grants are either paid back with little or no interest.some are not required to even be paid back.most loans are also paid back at a low interest ratr.

Any opinions on Grooming Humans Hair Studio in Tempe, AZ?
This is my review I posted on google sept 08, the was first and last time I would return there.
I went in for a hair cut for the first time and for the price I was expecting it to be a nice place with professionals[because of the price range]. The place was very small and as soon as I pulled up something was just telling me to drive away.Inside they had a small little couch and a couple chairs for people to wait on. I sat down in the crowded little spot and then soon realized everyone sitting there with me was the staff. Pretty unprofessional for the staff and manager just to sit there, taking up all the seats and just stare at the only customer. As for the hair cut she really messed up big time. Cut it way way way to short. The way she was handling the scissors made me worried the moment she started cutting. It was just a hack job. Luckily my hair grows really fast....Another person came in for a haircut and the hair dresser answered her CELL PHONE and started talking while cutting his hair, very unprofessional, a first time sight for me. My hair dresser then dropped her scissors and started to use them before I said stop. First time ever to ever get a hair cut where the person drops the scissors on the dirty ground and doesn't use a new clean pair. The whole place was just a mess. Everyone seemed nice but the hair dressers obviously had no idea what they were doing. Way overpriced, especially for the hack job I received. I thought this place was going to be nice, especially for the price, but it is on the level of Super Cuts. The haircuts are way way over priced for the quality of hair dressers. Rating: 1 star - Poor [Not sure how long this place will last with overpriced bad haircuts]kiss lip gloss
Does Susana's hair studio do emo hairstyles the one in whipple rd?
It's kind of unlikely that someone will know your city and state and be familiar with the exact place you mentioned... but if you are in Union City, CA, and this place (found via a quick google search) is the one you're looking for:
http://www.insiderpages.com/b/3711380169
then consider calling the studio (the number is on the page above) and asking them if they would do your hair in an emo style with a razor cut and choppy layers (or describe whatever an emo haircut means to you). Usually, salons/hair studios (places that cost more than $10-20) will be more than willing to accommodate your desire.
When you go to get your cut, make sure to communicate your wishes thoroughly and try to gauge how considerate the stylist will be of your desire. Some people will try to argue with you... You should consider their opinion if they think a certain length of bang or type of layering won't be flattering (maybe they are saving you from having a mullet!), but if they try to convince you to go for a clean-cut look when that is exactly opposite of your desires, then you want to insist as politely as possible that you know what aesthetic you want and request a different stylist. Important things to get across before the cutting begins are how long you want it to be/how short you are willing to go, the degree of layering (heavily layered, or just some long layers near the end?), whether you want bangs or not, if you would like layers around your face, and how much effort you are willing to put in (I always like to talk about how my hair will look if I just wash it, towel dry it, and go; consider whether you are willing to invest time every morning in teasing or gelling or whatever, or whether you would like a cut that looks okay when it is left down). Talk for a while while s/he is washing your hair. The emo look is pretty ubiquitous, so your stylist should probably be familiar with what you want.

What is a good hair studio in/near-ish sacramento that does good coloring, and extreme (punk/'emo'?) styles?

Ask for Angie at Allure Salon at 916-446-1234. Tell Angie that Tayler sent you. What is a good hair studio in/near-ish sacramento that does good coloring, and extreme (punk/'emo'?) styles?
I have seen this question unanswered for a while now.
Find a stylist that does good color and cuts by asking others who they go to and go to this person/shop.

Where can I find a photography studio that does hair/makeup and bedroom photos?
PLayboy style for my husband.Where can I find a photography studio that does hair/makeup and bedroom photos?
Most photographers will do the photos, but not the hair and make up, you may have to hire someone separately to do this before the photo shoot. You can definitely look in the yellow pages, but here is a site you should check out..... www.omp.com it is called One Model Place - and it is not just models, it is photographers. So, you can search in your area and you can find a photographer that does the kind of photos you are looking for. Plus, you can already see some of his work to know if he would do great photos for you too.Where can I find a photography studio that does hair/makeup and bedroom photos?
Many local photographers do these things, often as part of their wedding shots, looking at their adverts will help you to decide which. If you look in magazines like Amateur Photography the small ads at the back often feature pin up studios. Some are run by models, some by photographers.
Look in the yellow pages under boudoir photography. Or call some of the photographers listed and ask if they do boudoir photography.

Sehwag better shave off what little hair remains on his head.
Maybe Ishant Sharma can lend him some from his luxurious mane.lol.

Look at the top of Michael Vaughan's head, you will see his hair is slowly fading away!!!!. He needs the advanced hair studio treatment quickly!!!.
Oh and have you seen the advanced hair studio adverts , lol they are the cheesiest adverts that have ever been made!
