My hairstylist is outstanding. She can do anything with your hair that you want. She'll charge $150 for cut, color, highlights, lowlights... whatever you want, and however long it takes!!

I have seen this question unanswered for a while now.
Find a stylist that does good color and cuts by asking others who they go to and go to this person/shop.
