I have no idea what your talking about but that is such a good price for all of that that you'd have to be a fool to pass that offer.
When it comes to stylists, you ALWAYS get what you pay for!!! I charge somewhere in the 200 + dollar range for a treatment like that! Make sure the stylist thats offering this deal isn't straight out of hair school!!!
